No, customers are welcome to stop by any of our stores during normal business hours. Appointments are available as well, but making an appointment is optional.

We carry a wide variety of gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullion items. This includes bullion coins, bars, rounds, and 90% “junk” silver. Some of our most popular bullion items are American Eagles, Canadian Maple Leaves, gold and silver bars, gold Krugerrands, and much more.

Can I Backorder Bullion? 

Yes, you can! Our backorder policy requires a $7,500 minimum order. This helps us ensure top-notch service and efficient processing. All new backorders must meet this amount. We will still honor existing backorders under their original terms. If this change raises any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at for assistance.

Can I order bullion over the phone?

Yes, you can! Call (425) 278-9670 to place your order today for in-store pickup. 

Does selection vary at each store? 

To some extent, yes — each store will have a slightly different selection of jewelry, coins, collectibles and more. With that said, we work hard to always have popular bullion items in stock at each of our locations. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, checks, and wire transfers for large purchases. Please note that debt is not accepted as a form of payment. Bullion purchases made with credit cards will incur a payment processing fee.

What is your return policy?

Bullion Items: Gold, silver, and bullion coins are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Bullion Items: These may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee. However, if market conditions have changed significantly since the time of purchase, a full refund might not be available. Rest assured, we will work diligently with you to refund as much as possible.
